Due to the nature of homemade food products, we follow a strict but fair refund policy.
1. Order Cancellation
- Orders cannot be cancelled once preparation has started.
- Same-day or perishable items are non-cancellable.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be considered only if:
- Wrong product delivered
- Product damaged during transit
- Missing items in the order
❌ Refunds are NOT applicable for:
- Taste preferences
- Delayed delivery due to courier issues
- Improper storage after delivery
3. Refund Process
- Complaints must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
- Share order ID, photos, and issue details
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
4. Mode of Refund
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- COD refunds (if applicable) will be processed via bank transfer
