Refund and Returns Policy

Due to the nature of homemade food products, we follow a strict but fair refund policy.


1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once preparation has started.
  • Same-day or perishable items are non-cancellable.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be considered only if:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product damaged during transit
  • Missing items in the order

❌ Refunds are NOT applicable for:

  • Taste preferences
  • Delayed delivery due to courier issues
  • Improper storage after delivery

3. Refund Process

  • Complaints must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share order ID, photos, and issue details
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days

4. Mode of Refund

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • COD refunds (if applicable) will be processed via bank transfer
